VAT and Import Duties

We are based in the United Kingdom where we assemble our interfaces. We generally (but not exclusively) use Royal Mail and Transglobal Express for shipping.

European Union and other international destinations
Orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. We will attach a CN22 customs declaration showing the correct value of the goods. You (the customer) are responsible for any import VAT, customs duties, and handling fees charged by your country.

Depending on your local import rules, your parcel may be held by your postal service until these charges are paid. Different countries have different thresholds, rules, and VAT rates, so please check any potential additional costs before ordering.

United States
Orders shipped to the United States are sent on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. We cover any applicable import duties and tariffs, so there should be no additional charges to pay on delivery.

Please note that delays can still occur if US customs or the local carrier require additional information.

Contact Information for Delivery
We recommend that customers provide a contact telephone number with their order. Where available, we will include this when purchasing the shipping label, which may help your local postal service or customs authority contact you and speed up any VAT, customs, or delivery process..

Payment Overview

PayPal is my preferred method of payment and my shopping cart will automatically direct you to PayPal when you "check out" your purchases.

All of my goods are priced in United States Dollars. Paypal will convert that into your local currency taking account current exchange rates. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can still purchase using your credit card via PayPal

I am a UK Verified PayPal Account holder and so you can be sure that when you pay, you will receive your goods.

Shipping

All my items are shipped by a combination of first class post for UK Customers, generally USPS for USA Customers and Royal Mail Standard International Service for the rest of The World. The shipping charge is to cover postage, packing materials and labour.  Items are generally shipped within 2 business days of your payment clearing in our PayPal account unless we are carrying a vacation banner when your item will be shipped within 72 hours of our return.

If you opt to pay the additional cost for one of our tracked services, we will inform you (usually via Paypal) of the tracking details. However, sometimes, Royal Mail does not offer a fully tracked service to some destinations. In these circumstances we will use an appropriate "Signed for and insured service".

If you do opt for the tracked shipping option, you only need to add the tracked option once and this will cover multiple items on an order.

Please note that tracking is not available to some destinations. If, when we come to book the shipping, we can't get you a tracked service within the total amount you have paid for shipping, we will refund you the tracked option fee.

On the very rare occasion, we do receive orders from customers in locations that we simply can't get an economical shipping service to. If we find this to be the case, we will contact you and discuss additional shipping options where we can. But we do reserve the right to cancel your order if we cannot find a reasonable shipping route and cost.

Worldwide shipping is normally between 7 and 28 days. Occasionally, depending on customs hold-ups and public holidays, deliveries may take longer.
Typical shipping times are:

• United Kingdom 1-3 days
• Europe 7-14 days
• North America 7-14 days
• Rest of World 10-28 days

We use Paypal to generate on-line shipping labels and shipping is to your registered Paypal address. This process will generate a confirmation of shipping email to you. Once the item has been shipped, the time taken to arrive is entirely out of my control and I cannot be held responsible in any delays in your item arriving.

I will re-ship your items if there is no arrival 35 days after posting. However, please ensure that the address that you have provided to Paypal is accurate. If the address provided is incorrect, I cannot be held responsible for postal losses.

Occasionally, my Website may show banner detailing any changes to shipping dates.

We also find on rare occasions that Royal Mail have suspended services to some countries. This is rare but if this is the case, we will email and refund you.
